Meet the Team - Lisa Fleming

Lisa is our Managing Director, office motivator and all-round super-woman!

Having launched the business in 2019, Lisa’s determination and hard work has ensured the business has gone from strength to strength, with her 17 years’ experience within the transport sector, she also has a Transport Manager CPC and will have completed her LLB course in the next two years to enable her to become a transport lawyer.

She manages all aspects of the business including performance against KPI’s, supporting and representing at public inquiries, undertakes transport and DVSA Earned Recognition audits and ensures the business is meeting all ISO 9001 standards.

Lisa enjoys working with transport companies to assist and guide them with standards and compliance, making sure the processes are easy to manage and can deliver on all targets.

Having recently been announced in the Industry Champion shortlist in the Amazon Everywoman in Transport & Logistics Awards, Lisa is a proud supporter of the transport industry and of promoting women within the sector.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending valuable time with her family, she has completed many runs for charity and is a keen fundraiser (yes, we don’t know how she finds the time too, we did say she was a super-woman!).
