If you hold or are applying for a Standard National or Standard International Operators’ licence, you are obliged to employ a ‘professionally competent’ person to manage your transport operations/duties. It is NOT a requirement to employ a full-time Transport Manager to satisfy this legislative requirement.
Restricted Licences do not require a professional CPC holder to be tied to the licence, however it does require a competent person to manage all the compliance enlisted within the declarations of the licence. We can offer full support with management of this licence.
