Meet the Team - Wendy Heather
Meet Wendy, our budding JK Rowling (all to be revealed) and fantastic telesales executive.
Joining us in July 2020, Wendy has over 10 years’ experience within the customer support and sales sector and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Her vast customer service knowledge and ability to engage with clients is crucial in her pivotal role within the company which involves converting DVSA Earned Recognition Scheme enquiries, arranging appointments for public inquiries, liaising with potential clients and helping the business increase sales.
Wendy loves learning new things and speaking with lots of different people so the role is perfect for her! She finds the role both motivating and challenging while really enjoying the culture at Logico and feels valued working with such a great team.
In her spare time she enjoys playing the trumpet and writing children’s stories (not at the same time we’d like to add), her dream is to one day have one of her stories published, so watch this space!
